Naturally, having created the confectionery known as pelayinos, the pastry shop is located at the feet of the sculpture of the victor of the battle of Covadonga, Pelayo (Pelagius of Asturias). Carlos exudes long-standing experience and drive in equal parts. He loves his land and has a commitment to traditional Asturian recipes in his creations. Also check out his wonderful confectioner’s cream and hazelnut cakes.
